Returns & Refunds Policy
Oratales produces books and media primarily through print-on-demand and third-party retail partners. This means that purchases made through external retailers (such as online bookstores or physical shops) are subject to the returns and refund policies of those retailers.
If you have purchased an Oratales title through a third-party platform, please refer to that retailer’s terms and contact them directly for any issues relating to returns, refunds, or exchanges.
For purchases made directly through the Oratales website (where applicable), we aim to resolve issues fairly and with care. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order details and, where possible, supporting images. We will assess each case individually and work with our production partners to offer an appropriate resolution.
As a small, independent publishing and production house, we prioritise quality, transparency, and respectful customer care. While we cannot always control third-party fulfilment processes, we remain accountable for the experience of encountering Oratales work in the world.
